This spacious 3-bedroom villa located in Bahama Bay offers more than 1,200 square feet of space, the 3-bedroom Abacos villas at Bahama Bay Resort are ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable King-sized bed in the master bedroom. A queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. The Abacos villas feature two full bathrooms.
Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. Also features an in-unit laundry room. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from a screened balcony with tables and chairs.

- Clubhouse: 7:00am – 11pm Tradewinds Pools: 7:00am – 10:00pm Yellow & Brown Phase: Dawn to Dusk
- NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY in any pool areas. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- No Large or Oversized floats, Glass containers, or Smoking (Vaping included) permitted in pool areas. There are designated smoking spots located outside each pool.

Parking / Bicycles
- Parking permits will be provided at front desk upon arrival
- Campers, motor homes, trailers, & boats are not allowed on property for more than 15 days (in designated areas). Vehicles or trailers must fit inside marked areas. Please contact front desk for permits and further information.
- Bicycles must be kept in designated areas. Bike racks are available at Clubhouse and Restaurant. Bicycles, scooters, strollers, velocipeds, or any other portable equipment must be stored inside units, NOT left in common areas or stairwells!

- Service animals are allowed. All Service animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival.
