We select premier resorts and focus on them including Highlands Reserve, West Haven, Bahama Bay, Regal Palms, Southern Dunes and other prime resorts. Concentrating in this way allows us to develop a deep knowledge of each resort to ensure guests have a great stay.

  • We are able to provide dedicated resources at each resort to assist guests, for swift problem resolution and to minimize cost.

  • Our offices are open 7 days a week to support our owners and their vacation guests. Our multilingual support team are always on hand 24/7 and take the hassle out of owning a vacation property

  • We have dedicated professional maintenance and cleaning crews at each resort with extensive knowledge of both the resort and importantly your property

Our directors founded and manage the business day to day (7 days a week). We understand every aspect of vacation property management and will work with you to maximise return on your investment. All our owners have a direct relationship with one of our two co-owners. We believe in talking straight. This relationship is key to ensuring we can work with you to understand you immediate needs and future aspirations.

Owners have access to our dedicated online management system from anywhere in the world to get the best returns on your investment. Through this system owners have access to live data to keep up to date on occupancy levels and itemised statements as well as other important information to help them get the best returns.

Newcomen can provide various levels of management support dependent on your requirements including simplifying tax returns and we will discuss this with you. All reservation and maintenance staff are directy employed by ourselves and cleaning is provided by our partner company.

 
There are no hidden fees or costs – we want our owners to stay with Newcomen and we believe in being totally transparent
 
Reservations

We have a dedicated rental team and website. We also partner with many leading booking agencies which together work to maximize rental occupancy. We use modern technology and also advertise throughother channels including AirBnB and VRBO. Our website allows guests to select individual properties - we do not block book and allocate on arrival.
We never charge owners a commission on their own bookings


Maintenance

Is led by a chartered engineer with over 30 years of property management experience. He is supported by a dedicated maintenance team who are pro-active in routine maintenance and can respond to any repair or upgrade.

We do not charge mark up on maintenance

Housekeeping

Is led by a professional with over 10 years experience managing a dedicated cleaning crew.

We have cleaners and we have inspectors who check the cleaning and report any maintenance issues that need dealing with. Inspectors are allocated specific properties to develop familiarity, increase security and each property has a detailed inventory.

We manage resources carefully to ensure same day back to back turnaround is achieved and issues are effectively resolved.

Management Fees
 
Our fees for 2021 are very competitive:

Monthly Property Management Fee; from $140 per month*

* Get rid of those unwanted call out charges for batteries, smoke detectors, remote controls, A/C filters - just pay a fair set monthly fee and all these things will be taken care of by our property inspection team during each pre and post inspection - if we don't we take care of the call out and you don't pay.

We take 15% commission on the rentals we obtain
