The formal lounge area has one 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa and a chair where it is possible to relax and chill out in quiet surroundings.
DINING ROOM
Located off the formal lounge contains a beautiful table and 6 luxurious chairs.
KITCHEN
Our fully equipped modern kitchen includes everything you need during your holiday such as a self cleaning oven, fridge/freezer with built in ice and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc.
NOOK
This is located off the kitchen and contains an informal dining area with table and 4 chairs. We also provide a highchair/booster seat for small children.
FAMILY ROOM
This is located next to the kitchen and has large sliding doors overlooking the pool with a beautiful high ceiling. This is a large sitting area with sumptous sofas and chair. It includes a 47 LCD TV, Multi Region DVD player, Cable TV and a selction of DVDs for your enjoyment. We also have included a Playstaion 3 with Guitar Hero and a selection of games.
UTILITY ROOM
This is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner,broom,mop etc.

This is located off the family room with WC and basin.
GAMES ROOM/GYM
Located inside the garage it includes a pool table, foosball, darts, 32 LCD TV, gym and fitness equipment, stools and a ceiling fan. We have also provided 3 childrens bikes and football goal posts.
MASTER BEDROOM 1
A beautifully decorated room overlooking the pool which includes a US kingsize bed, 37 LCD TV with cable TV, Multi region DVD player, Clock Radio and a large walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk in shower, double basin, large vanity unit, large corner bath and seperate toilet area. We have also provided a hairdryer and hair straightners.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
This bedroom has a US kingsize bed with en-suite facilities and a walk-in wardrobe. It has a 26 LCD TV with DVD and Cable TV and a clock radio. The bathroom has a vanity unit,bath and shower, WC and hairdryer.
