Located on the select Emerald Island, a resort style gated community, you and your family will be less than 3 miles from Disney. The Emerald Island clubhouse in the vibrant centre of the community where you, your family and guests can enjoy a friendly game of volley ball, or a relaxing afternoon by the pool, whilst the kids play in there specially designed play area amidst the landscaped gardens, The clubhouse is close to a trail for walking, jogging and bike riding that winds through the community’s natural woodland setting. Inside you can partake in the fully equipped gym and fitness facility which includes spa, hot tub, sauna and steam room, or contact your friends on the free internet service provided, and if you are feeling peckish or thirsty visit the tiki hut by the pool. The Emerald Island clubhouse is also the source for premier service where staff will assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets and transport to the parks the whole resort is a worry-free experience.

This 7 bed/ 4.5 bathroom home has 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms. The pool has its own OUTSIDE KITCHEN - jenn-air grill kitchen with fridge you can load with drinks for you to pour as you relax by the 30 x 15 ft pool with raised, night-lit, hot jacuzzi.
Being such an enormous house you won’t feel like there are so many of you there! We have sufficient seating even for large parties both inside and out.

Description
A massive south facing pool and Jacuzzi spa, has its own outdoor kitchen - Imagine floating around in the pool with a drink from the poolside fridge as you wait for your steaks to grill .... and there’s no need to worry bout insects bothering you because the whole area is protected by a screen. Young children are kept from wandering into the pool by a child safety fence.
The extended deck gives all your party room to sunbathe and those who want to sit and read under the paddle fan can make themselves comfortable.

The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort so you set the temperature to suit you, the tiled floors keeping you cool too.

Family room living Area

The open ceiling adds to the incredible feeling of space. This is the home of the cinema TV and is beautifully furnished with an L shaped sofa making the movies a really comfortable experience for a large audience. The lure of the night-lit jacuzzi tempts away those more interested in star gazing in the Florida sky.
There are two separate dining areas, one situated by the pool entrance. Both are adjacent to the kitchen area.
The large kitchen has all you’ll ever want with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, iron & board, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, food processor, juicer, liquidiser, Don’t feel you have to, but there is no need to take your clothes home dirty – we have a washer and tumble dryer ready for you to use.

Master Suite

The master suite is HUGE. It has a King Size bed, cable TV and, alarm clock radio, telephone and ceiling fan. It looks out over the pool and night lit spa. The en-suite bathroom has a massive walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a big oval garden bath tub.

Similarly the second Master Suite upstairs has a King Size bed, alarm clock radio, cable TV and a chair with bathroom ensuite.

Pool Area and Spa / Jacuzzi

The house offers a huge pool area, containing a massive 30' by 15' pool and big raised hot spa / jacuzzi. We have extended the decking so there is plenty of space for your group to relax on our comfortable chairs and sun loungers. The pool area outside kitchen makes it a great place to cook and eat as well as to relax and soak up the sun.
